Alex Wyatt
Alex speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, and in 2009, he was included in the Advance Asia 50, recognising him as one of the fifty most influential Australians in Asia. He is also a member of the advisory board of GECKO, a Shanghai-based environmental charity, focussed on improving the level of environmental education amongst primary school students in impoverished areas of China. Prior to founding Climate Bridge, Alex worked in the Shanghai office of McKinsey and Company, where he worked with state-owned and multi-national companies in the Chinese transportation sector, undertaking a number of different projects to help optimize rail, sea and trucking networks throughout China. Alex has also worked for the Boston Consulting Group and Hearne Scientific Software in Australia, where he helped to start and manage a variety of new business ventures. Alex holds law and computer science degrees from the University of Melbourne and an MBA and a Masters in Chinese Studies from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. |

Zhang Zemin
Zemin has almost 20 years of business experience in China. Prior to joining Climate Bridge, he worked for London Asia Capital Plc, a UK AIM listed investment banking group, as the Investment Director for China Operations, where he oversaw and coordinated investments and exits by a number of LAC's investee companies in China. He also has work experience at Beijing Yibin Management Consulting Co., where he was the Chief Operations Officer, the National Audit Office of China, Carrefour, and an American venture capital group. Zemin holds an MBA from Oxford University, a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales (Australia) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wuhan, China. He is also a China qualified accountant (CPA) and a member of the ACCA in Australia. |

Cameron Hepburn
Cameron is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Smith School for Enterprise and the Environment at Oxford, where he teaches on the Masters programme in Environmental Change and Management. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute at the London School of Economics. He is recognized as a thought leader in climate economics and his research has been published in numerous leading international journals. In 2006, he wrote two background research papers to the Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change, and Sir Nicholas Stern presented some of his central conclusions in Oxford in early 2007. Cameron is also a member of UK Defra's Academic Panel and has advised the UK government and the OECD on some of their most challenging environmental concerns. Cameron has been interviewed on BBC Radio 4 Analysis and More or Less, and the World Business Review on the BBC World Service. His work has been highlighted in UK broadsheets such as the Financial Times, and he contributed to a wide-ranging review of climate change in The Economist. Cameron previously worked for McKinsey in Australia and Europe, where he focused on logistics and starting new businesses, and Shell Australia on environmental management. Cameron holds first class degrees in law and chemical engineering from Melbourne University, and a masters and doctorate in economics from Oxford University (as a Rhodes Scholar). |

China Team
Spread across Climate Bridge’s six Chinese offices, the company’s China team of around 40 people is responsible for the documentation, registration and monitoring of Climate Bridge’s ever-expanding portfolio of emission reduction projects in China. The team is highly credentialed:
Our China team has sourced and oversees the implementation of more than 130 Chinese CER and VER projects from technologies including wind, hydro electricity, waste gas, CMM and landfill. So far, the China team has also been responsible for issuing more than 3,000,000 VERs and for procuring NDRC approval for more than 20 CER projects. Shanghai-based Director, Mr. Mark Laabs, works to align resourcing and priorities across Climate Bridge’s offices around the globe. |

EU Team
Based in London, our EU team is responsible for the commercialisation of Climate Bridge’s portfolio of emission reducing projects. The team is expert at developing innovative commercial structures and approaches to meet the needs of Climate Bridge’s global portfolio of clients in the VER and CER markets. The EU team is lead by Mr. Paul Berdugo and Mr Liam Gilchrist. Mr. Berdugo, who has a wealth of experience in the European financial markets, oversees Climate Bridge’s various commercialisation and funding efforts. Mr. Gilchrist, who has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer working on complex cross-border financial transactions, oversees the legal functions of Climate Bridge in the EU and around the world. Members of Climate Bridge’s EU office are regular speakers at carbon markets conferences around the globe, and the team is well known and respected in the market for its thought leadership on climate change policy and the development of the carbon markets. |

Alex Wyatt is the CEO of Climate Bridge, based in Melbourne. He is responsible for the strategic direction and business operations of the company. Alex is passionate about helping the world at large, and the Asia-Pacific region in particular, come to grips with the massive challenges of preventing climate change and protecting the environment. Alex is recognized as an expert on carbon and sustainability in China, Australia and around the world, and is a regular speaker on the international environmental conference circuit.
Zhang Zemin is a Director of Climate Bridge based in Shanghai. Zemin oversees all the activities of Climate Bridge’s China offices in Shanghai, Gansu, Hubei, Henan, Hunan and Hainan. He is also the Chief Legal Representative of Climate Bridge’s various legal entities in China. Zemin heads up Climate Bridge’s project development, project sourcing and project registration teams. He is greatly respected in the China carbon market for his professionalism, expertise, and his unyielding passion to take the “green revolution” to the most far-flung corners of rural China.
Cameron Hepburn is a Director of Climate Bridge based in London. He provides policy guidance and advice on the opportunities arising from the evolving climate policy regime and contributes to Climate Bridge's European operations. He is well-known in Europe for his expertise in climate change economics, business and policy, and he has been active in the environmental and climate change areas for over a decade.
